I never use these units anymore for exactly the reasons you just listed here.
Shturm need AP 25 at least, acc 10 is fine.
BMP-3 need to have better armour. Much better.
T-72B should have either accuracy buffed or range increased to 2800m.

Re: IFV anaylsis II
Strongly disagree with lowering ATGM prices or increasing availability. It will turn the game into artillery pounding vs ATGM walls. That is first world war stuff, if you want trench warfare make a different game. The tank vs ATGM balance is much better in AB compared to EE. When your 150 point Leo ...

Re: [guide] Choosing your Nato Tanks
Thank you for the advise guys. I have tried AMX-32, and it is quite good. I really like that cannon, it packs a big punch when it hits, also I can feel the armour is better compared to AMX-30, and it has auto cannon! Although the soviet tanks at the 70-110 points range can still out shoot it with AT...

Re: What 5 tips would you give new players to the game?
Just a noob question, what is the best possible way to recon forests? I've had it so many times now that my inf in forest gets killed by arty. How can the enemy cover up the forests properly? Everytime i get punished with arty i send Luchs or Fernspäher in order to find his recon units but in the m...

Re: [guide] Choosing your Nato Tanks
Can't remember last time my NATO tank paid back its cost in points from killing. M8 AGS is worst for this, very hard to keep alive. I have seen other people use RISE Patton and MBT-70 quite well, but I haven't had much luck with either. I think MBT-70's ATGM is rather weak for NATO. What would you r...

Re: [guide] Choosing your Pact Tanks
ATGM tanks are too fragile. a couple rounds of arty and they can't hit anything. Also T-80 is big, T-64 is normal, so T-80 has lower survivability. I find: T-64A + BMP-1P / Inf Is very good combo. Huge amount of fire power, but venerable to heavy tanks. Although who uses Abraham or Leo 2, or Challen...

Re: [GUIDE] National Decks and their feasibility.
From my experience French deck is mot fun to play. Very explosive units. Living on the edge like all in all the time.
UK deck is good in large games for supporting your team mates.
