Indeed it's very surprising, FOB and supply trucks get empty so fast it's not even worth buying them. Slowing the repair time (but not the supply time) was a good idea though... I wonder how come they didn't play test this before launching the patch, anyway they are pretty reactive so it will be hop...

Hey, you should add this viewtopic.php?f=12&t=4063 to the bug list then :

- units like BMP-1D with gren launcher or arty with direct fire do not use their secondary weapons (or fire mode) unless the main one is unavailable (either switched off or out of ammo)

Please let us not make this thread a balance issue, most important is that units work the way they are intended to; which is not the case for : - BMP-1D not firing grenade launcher if other weapons are available - all arty and mortar unit not using their HEAT direct fire mode if the arty gun is enab...

Well, it's strange that nobody noticed and reported it before, as it seems to seriously diminish the interest for such units.

Shouldn't we file a more appropriate bug report in some other place of the forum ?

Mine use their grenade launchers, but i always lock the main gun before engaging infantry. Indeed, by locking the main gun it works, but I don't think it should work like this. Other secondary weapons (Autocannons, MG, ATGM etc..) fire along the main gun with other units, so why not on the BMP ? Th...

BMP-1D not firing its grenade launcher (2ndary weapon bug)

Hi,

I've tried many times and watched some replays, it seems the Pact BMP-1D never uses its grenade launcher, even against infantry at close range. Proof is their grenade ammo always stays at 45.

Did I miss something in their correct use or is there a bug ?
