Re: Canada and its F-35

S400 rounds can be guided by long wavelength radars. This means that even if JSF stealth performs as advertised (and that is? With original source?) it would be engaged by S400. Irbis gives you up to 400km vs standard target. Presuming there is no EW support to minimize the utility of those longer ...

Re: Canada and its F-35

Typhoon is definitely affordable for the RCAF. Re: Canada and its F-35

Well realistically Canada is not going to pay to operate either Eagles or Typhoons. Leaving the Super Hornet and Rafale as the only alternatives with any sort of (slim) chance. Re: German Army discovers that G36 is not accurate after firing

Don't the Tavor and a number of other designs have a polymer housing for the steel trunnion as well? I can understand why this issue may not have been discovered (or was swept under the rug) in German service but how the hell did everybody else who uses the G36 seemingly not encounter this problem? ...

Re: #MakeAmericaGreatAgain

Surprise surprise, another political appointee who "just-so-happens" to be gay/tranny/whatever so Obama can brag to the left about it, because to them government effectiveness and presidential accomplishments are apparently are gauged by such trivialities. But more importantly an op...
