Re: If I can't control aircraft formations pls remove missile splash damage

I always micro when I have 2 fighter jets, and this is real situation, especially if both of them pursue same target. It always ends up 2 enemy fighters blobbing while my 2 fighters separate and the first one is about a kilometer forward, dies and stuns the enemy while the second one survives and ki...

Re: How the French "Tank" (more like AFV) tab Could be Modeled (WG4?)

All I see is a bunch of whining about nation X being worse in some fields than nation Y, but of course the whiner doesn't say how nation X has much more strong points than nation Y. Because of that asymmetry, the nation X won't get more units, because it would result in powercreep. It's just like U...

Re: How the French "Tank" (more like AFV) tab Could be Modeled (WG4?)

Here I totally agree with you. I have no problem having stealth tanks as long as they are NOT firing. But recon tanks (or autocannons) being able to shoot at other tanks from the cover of a hedgerow / forest while remaining undetected even by Good optics units (the best optic for a french recon tan...

Re: How the French "Tank" (more like AFV) tab Could be Modeled (WG4?)

But he missed my point, unfortunately. I only advocated for all the nations having similar priced units with similar capacities. That means, for France, a recon tank that does not die on the first shot (a recon Brennus, maybe?) +1 for everyone having decent 90-120pt tanks with very good optics. Sur...

Re: What's happening behind the iron curtain?

I'd like to add that I would like better matchmaking, especially "fast play" or "no premades fast play" and just jump into a random game where teams are balanced according to their skill group. Well, actually, the new game should have completely reworked matchmaking. :)

Being able to "smerch" enemy in the opening on Highway to Oslo is worth the nerf per card. :D
Edit : on a serious note, the thing aims very slowly, it would be more useful if it could respond a bit faster.

Re: What's happening behind the iron curtain?

I would like to see ww2 game, but with wargame mechanics, except that I don't want the laser precision I see in wargame. I would also like to see weather seriously impact unit capabilites, to the point when you can't call in for air support nor engage enemy at maximum range. Many things could be don...

Re: How the French "Tank" (more like AFV) tab Could be Modeled (WG4?)

I like the AA proposal. :D Note, if you don't have AGM plane targets, there is no dire need to possess units that will keep those planes away. The main advantage of motorized/airborne deck should be the fact that only thing that should draw attention are exceptional infantry that are already on the ...
