Re: The RPG-7 is under-modeled. RPG-7 STRONK

To compensate for the lack of spin-stabilization the AT-4 does have significantly more fin stabilization, having six stabilizing fins instead of only four on the RPG-26. This negates most of the accuracy different from spin vs non-spin, therefore it would make sense for the AT-4 to have similar, if...

Re: Special status regarding RPD machine gun

IMO the RPD should have the shorter 770m range and a faster rate of fire, and as you said the intermediate suppression value.

It makes no sense for the 7,62x39 to have longer range than the minimi when it drops more at range than the 5,56x45

Re: The RPG-7 is under-modeled. RPG-7 STRONK

The rockets are pretty similar in capability, and I think the PF89 is less. RPG-26 is only limited by it's ladder sight which goes out to 250m, whereas the AT4's sight is too optimistic going out to 500. The actual point target range is pretty similar, I'd guess around 200m The PF89 is a handout to...

True, though those do still have more range than the RPG-26. The rockets are pretty similar in capability, and I think the PF89 is less. VDV 90 stays the same
even way less work.

I'm for this, but VDV were notorious for their use of disposable launchers.

Oh, my bad. That's pretty bizarre considering it really is comparable to other LAW style weapons as far as range goes.

not really given that AT4, APILAS, and PF89 have 700m range also

Re: The RPG-7 is under-modeled. RPG-7 STRONK

Actually, Dragons were still carried during ODS. One sight plus reloads in every Bradley IIRC (like the Marder 1's Milan since you can't really dismount the M2's TOW launcher). citation needed. Runs against personal accounts I've heard. It's still 525m range though. I don't think that's too strong....
