There is a difference between challenges that increase enjoyment and challenges that are simply frustrating.
And Starcraft is also hated very much for its limitations by many people.

Yeah it just seems like a simple brawl in comparison.
I wish it would be more like a futuristic Wargame with base/resources.

Re: Zoom
I am with Random there, this is not some e-sport Starcraft-Clone, where things should be difficult for the sake of being difficult.

Since its totally unlikely for a mass revision of textures, could a proper color-filter to help tone things down help perhaps?

Too "Comic" like
Hate to say it, but:
To me this game feels too "Comic" like with no realistic feeling at all (this is not about the futuristic setting itself, it is about the presentation).
If the final game won't feel more realistic than that, I'll be through with it after a week I guess.

"Base Projection" disappearing
Upgrade-Button "Base Projection" (needed to build FOB) disappears when building Barracks, so no possibility to get FOB.

"Satellite" as Strategic Zoom
Currently we have normal Zoom and "Satellite View", which represents a Drone and is very limited.
Why not make that Drone-View available without research and let us research a real "Satellite View" that has a Strategic Zoom ?
