Re: Linux beta bug reports

Hello,

We just uploaded a new version which should fix the illegal instructions errors on Phenom processor, as well as enable some DLC content.

Regarding bug reports, I'm looking at them right now, thanks for testing.

Re: Linux beta bug reports

johndrinkwater: we use -march=core2 at the moment, I'll prepare binaries using -march=generic, that should fix the problem on you machine.

Re: Wargame: EE crashes on Mac

Hello,

AVividBlack, it looks like your crash is related to the code we use to map a keyboard key to it's textual representation, is their anything unusual regarding your keyboard mapping, or even your keyboard ? Is it a standard mac keyboard, is it qwerty/azerty/qwertz...

Thanks for the bug report.

Re: Wargame: EE crashes on Mac

Hello, When Wargame crashes on MacOS, it should generate a file named /cores/core.<pid> with <pid> the process id of the game (a number that will change at each launch). Having this file would be a great help for debugging. If you can send it (or a link to an uploaded version) to eugsupport@eugen.fr...

Re: Wargame on MAC: official release date!

Hello, I'm the main programer on the Mac version, the current released version is not network compatible with the PC version (allowing these versions play together would result in big desyncs), however internal version are now compatible between PC/Mac/Linux, and in a short time we expect to be able...

Re: Will there be a Linux version of the game?

I cannot say if, and when, we will release a Linux version, but concerning a 64bit version, it's the one I use here. However steam for Linux does not seems to support 64bit games yet so an eventual 64bit Linux version of W:EE will depend on valve releasing an updated sdk with 64bit support.
