Re: What if Recoiless Rifles weren't bad?

The Finnish Musti is extremely good, for 10 points its one of the most cost efficient units in the game imo. 360 suppression. That's why. And I'd say it's broken, shouldn't have that much. I'd say increasing the suppression for RRs is something that should be done to all of them, although the Musti...

Re: What if Recoiless Rifles weren't bad?

Have been trying Raskassinkojoukkue in that role in my red mech deck but they didn't really perform well enough in the anti-infantry role and their anti-vehicle performance wasn't that much stronger than the Granatomet so didn't keep them. So improving either would probably earn them a spot in some...

Re: What if Recoiless Rifles weren't bad?

The problem with significantly buffing the accuracy, ROF and AP of recoilless rifles is that they would quickly become simply better than many ATGMs and infantry AT launchers while not having a lot of the weaknesses of those systems (ATGM requires guiding and infantry launchers lack range). On the o...

Re: What if Recoiless Rifles weren't bad?

Really small AP increase, better ROF and more ammo would be my favored improvements for the recoiless. Their HE fire-support capability is something I think could be easily developed without having them overlap too much with the role of ATGMs or infantry AT launchers.

Re: [Now in Red Dragon] FINLAND

I can see it being somewhat useful but largely map dependant option. The problem is that it's sitting in a recon tab with a dozen other great options, which makes it somewhat less shiny in comparison. My personal opinion would be to give it exceptional stealth like sniper teams, reduce hp to 2(not ...

Re: [Now in Red Dragon] FINLAND

Sopel ZU-23-2 is irrelevant because it's just a shitty gun on a platform you buy for the missiles. You are underselling Sopel :) . It still has the extended 2625 helo-range and decent accuracy with good stabilizer for ZU-23-2. I think the biggest problem with it is the really low availability per c...

Re: [Now in Red Dragon] FINLAND

And you'd be right about that but that's pretty much the only thing that can be changed from the weapon, not the ammunition stats, which are the same for all base ZU-23-2s. https://s27.postimg.org/70bkxyr6r/nimet_n.png Also, if you're interested, none of the Long Reload Gun AA, ever reload as they ...

Re: Wheeled transport balance proposal

Or we could just get rid of the totally arbitrary 5 point price scale and give units prices that corresponds with their actual performance. True, but not gonna happen, is it? I don't know. Eugen has lately acted very un-Frenchly by backing down (without any kind of military threat) on some of their...

Re: Wheeled transport balance proposal

Or we could just get rid of the totally arbitrary 5 point price scale and give units prices that corresponds with their actual performance. Five point cost steps are unreasonable at 5 to 30 point price range and they obviously are not making things simpler as they were most likely originally intende...

Re: Correct Finnish 2S5 Accuracy

If TELAK 91 is to be buffed, I hope any changes are so small that it stays at the current price. The thing is so badly overpriced at the moment that it could be buffed a long way before any changes in price need to be considered. On a side note, care to share any replays? I'd be fascinated to see h...
