Re: Redfor navy always wins?

Just me or has Phalanx on Kongo and Cham-Ri's been severely nerfed? Cham-ri's get chewed up by a couple of moskits now, and ive seen my Kongo fire on the first missile and then ignores any other missiles heading its way. If it was missing i could understand it, but not firing at all on multiple occa...

Re: infantry vs tanks in forest ...

Combined arms is how it should be done, and it works even better if your inf engage first then tanks follow up for the coup de grace.

Most inf AT weapons struggle to penetrate front armour, if you hit the sides you will find that forest fighting isnt too bad.

Re: The Insane Need For Recon

If anything, this is what makes older tanks more effective than newer models, and what makes stuff like centurion spam so effective. IRL it doesnt matter what other units in the area can see the target, you and your WW2 era optics Centurion will be limited to around 1k max. A modern Thermal equipped...

Re: Suggestion: New game mode

A tug of war mode, or assaulting a couple of defensive lines would be a much better option IMO!

Unfortunately Eugen dont seem to want to add anything like this.

Re: Rarden cannon

No reason why it wouldn't happen, 3 rounds then 2 sec reload would improve warrior a lot. Its well off the pace ROF wise atm, putting it on par with the other AFV's would make it as useful as those. So with the crapness of AFV's in the current meta it would win at the special Olympics rather than co...

Re: Rarden cannon

5 shots would be an insane number to fire from a Rarden, you'd get a gap in feed, you either fire 3 rounds then bang in another clip, or you fire all 6 shots automatic and then put 6 more rounds in. a 3 round clip takes literally 2 or 3 seconds to put in at the slowest, and a full 6 rounds takes ma...

Re: Buffalo IV

Surely the answer to your question is Stormer?

The BV206 has thin metal armour, i wouldn't want to do a beach assault in it!

Re: New version (v288)

I'm surprised that the solution to IGLA being outclassed by Nato Manpads is to buff it, and not nerf Nato manpads down to IGLA level! Definitely going to give them a go, 3 of them should kill anything flying nearby with ease.
