Gun Culture issue IMO, not a gun control issue. World doesn't exist in a vacuum, problems this complex are caused by a bit of everything, not just one sole reason. Way to miss the point... Not interstate checkpoints, i mean GUN CONTROL is a federal issue, Because Inter-State travel is so easy, you can travel 100 miles from one state and wind up in a place where weapons are more easily available, which make the other states with more regulation less effective. ...
