looking for a new clan to improve

Hey all, just got RD after playing ALB for awhile. Interested in finding a clan or a group using Teamspeak to get better at the game. Have a decent grasp on fundamentals. Looking to improve my tactics, discuss AARs, deck-talk, and kickass in games using actual teamwork.
