Then you will like it as well. I started playing this morning. You imperson an officer and you fight your way through the war and the hierarchy. Between the battles, you have to manage your troops, their equipment, their organization, etc. At the end of a battle, you can grab the equipment of the defetead units, you earn reputation, money, and recruits.

I just fought the Bull Run battle (Union side). I love this game. :D

is the Germany Reforged for Flashpoint campaigns dlc worth it? I got the base game a few years ago. Also what about the Order of Battle series?

Dunno about Germany reforged, the base game is enough for me.

Now, I 'd have the same question about Northern Inferno but I feel I 'll get the same answer. ^^

That soundtrack...
Release the damn PC demo already. :<

Northern Inferno is okay, but I prefer the 1980s for my Cold War naval fix. There are some BS-type scenarios, such as convoy defense against Backfires with A-4s and sneaking into an SSBN bastion with Sturgeon attack submarines (requiring heavy micromanagement of the depth, course, and speed--I really don't like CMANO scenarios where you only command submarines)

Seems like the devs know what they want to do with their game, unlike BI with DayZ.
