Edit: Ah, such a smart idea to increase the cost of your old games by several dozen % across the globe in one go, just before summer sales too...

Noticed they have a similar DLC philosophy to Bohemia:

The biggest problem was that they say is to adjust the price base on the countries' economy. Which hilariously, they increased the price almost 100 percent on games in places such as eastern european, russia, brazil and turkey and so on which has at most stagnated economy or worse, recession.

Russia and Brazil have a row of roughly 2 years of increasing Composite Leading Indicators. Can't get much more official that a country is NOT in a recession. Though both have been through some pretty tough times in the recent years, economicly speaking.

I don't think Paradox sells to the unemployed in those countries...

That I would find unlikely...

I used to play Magic The Gathering. I've moved on from such games, though.

Fair enough, but if you enjoyed it in TW3, you'll enjoy it in its stand-alone variation. It's free and fun.

I enjoyed it because it was broken as hell once you got several of the good cards. There's no reason to pick anything besides the Monster or Nilfgard decks once you got enough cards for them, and you could stomp the opposition.

And since I wasn't facing real people, I felt no guilt over crushing them so hard.
