What do you think? I skipped Ghosts, but played Cod1-> Bo2, except Cod 3 and Waw.

TBH, it looks ok. Maybe a little bit iffy with the morals, I got tones of "'murica", but it hasn't been an instant turn off.
The one thing that did interest me was whether the vehicle sections are utterly scripted, or whether COD has actually gone ahead and added vehicles properly.

Although the lack of change is wearying, the devs are stuck in a tricky place. If they change, they please some people, but massively risk messing up the formula that made their series.
