Is there any mention on what these systems are? The first ones look like cluster bombs while the last one looks more like a artillery salvo.

Official description is just like "Air strikes on blah-blah-blah" without any specification.

The first two airstrikes are off-screen, what you see is Shrapnel (look for the explosion cloud at the bottom of the screen).

What I find interesting is that the strikes appear to be unguided, the third attack missed the house complex entirely. Or, can Russia not into guided bombs?

ikalugin - you mean the open field above the house?

The only visible targets in that shot was the group of housing, the bombs generally missed those.

Weapon could have gone rogue or it could be a show of force

The Jeremy corbyn wants the UN to bring about a meditated peace agreement  because negotiations have worked so well so far.
Seriously how can they think you can negotiate with people raping cutting heads off and burning people a live?(it's like Sierra Leone all over again)

On the plus side of Russian air strikes they should be more accurate than Syrian aircraft and less willing to cause civilian casualties.
