For those who were hoping for a tactical-level modern-day conventional combat sim, this is a good day.
I made a separate topic from the exiting new games one because from the look of the unit list this game and RD will have plenty of same stuff in the field.

Re: Combat Mission - Black Sea

I believe they were planning to set the game in Ukraine well before Putin's Eastern European tour began. Just like CM: Shock Force was set in Syria well before civil war extravaganza.
In other words, Battlefront predicts the future.
I still think they should do a 1980s WWIII Combat Mission set in West Germany.

Ah yes indeed, thank you! I thought it was sorted by vehicle type...

Re: Combat Mission - Black Sea
Will they fix their user-unfriendly controls and UI for this title?

Seems at least a couple people that Crimea would be a good setting for a wargame. Lock On: Modern Air Combat took place on the Crimean peninsula and was released back in 2003.
I've never played a Combat Mission game before? Is it a classical RTS, or more like Total War?
