It is true though, in honor of the 2nd amendment rights this has been deemed an acceptable tradeoff. Of course, then there's some who scream false flag over this.

Yeah, to me this seemed like something interesting to post on this thread, and that is it. This is how jaded I am about school shootings nowadays. I know they are horrific, I know we need to do something, but I also understand that nothing will change.

At least Trump is offering "thoughts and prayers" though. Sad when I'm grateful that that is the extent of what he is doing. I'm worried that he could do worse with just about anything.

edit: apparently he's going to make a speech on this, so guess we shall see what becomes of it.

I haven't seen it yet but my friend told me that the villain in Black Panther is a revolutionary that wants to arm the oppressed people of the world. How horrible!. Amazing enough without the hero of the film being a literal prince.

If that's true it would be just the latest big budget superhero/action film that's bourgeois propaganda. There's the two Kingsmen movies, the first one with a villain right out of Alex Jones ramblings (anyone who doesn't want us to destroy the planet secretly wants to wipe out the human race!), and the second one where the villain's evil plot was to end the war on drugs.

Then there's Spiderman: Homecoming where the villains are a bunch of blue collar construction workers that got shafted out of a job.

Going back a few years there's also The Dark Knight Rises where Bane turns the workers of Gotham into the Taliban by telling them bankers are bad (and then a billionaire has to come stop the madness).

I almost forgot the Ironman movies which are libertarian porn.

I also find it impressive the way they got idpols and the hashtag resistance to treat Black Panther and Wonder Woman like the most important works of art in our age because kids being able to "look up to" a character in popcorn movie written by a dozen corporate executives will change the world.

At least in Wonder Woman's case it was watchable enough, though it did demonize the Germans to a ridiculous degree (did they forget which war had the Nazis?) AND the atomic weapons program would have been far more appropriate for the movie's story than a fictional cartoon green gas that melts people's skin, but they couldn't use that for an obvious reason. Actually it was mainly watchable because Gal Gadot is so attractive it's distracting and I'm gay for Chris Pine.

I thought it was a terrorist organization takes a city hostage, absorbs all criminal elements to assist it in oppressing the city(especially when Blackgate is opened), and hiding behind the anti-rich rhetoric to try to hide the fact that they want to create the biggest mass murder ever and try to sound somewhat legit. I guess "workers" can be included as well if you count all the kids and what not that they forced into working for them because the kids were desperate.
