ESRB is a joke since almost every game gets an M rating now days despite most fall under T by 2003 standards and most R-rated movies are just pg-13 movies with a few extra bad words. The only movie I cant think of in recent times that might have been deserving of R is Logan, Deadpool I guess, and those shitty jump scare movies that come out around October and December.
Also pretty sure ESRB was made in response to Jack Thompson mucking about and people knee jerk reactioning to columbine after it became apparent the two shooters played a lot of doom and made maps of their school. Standards increased after Virginia Tech when it became apparent the shooter was a big Counter Strike source player. I sure as hell hope Trump doesn't try to pull another Jack Thompson and require ID with buying games, and if digitizes it I am sure not has hell going to fax my drivers license each time I want to buy something.
If Trump really wanted to do good he should authorize research onto why these things occur to put the silly blame on inanimate commodities for enabling people to commit violent acts to rest.

That poor kid getting preyed on by wing nuts/paid trolls/bots.
Ever since this election nothing is quite as genuine as it once was. Granted a lot of people run with fake identities and aren't what they claim to be and there have always been spam bots. However it's all large scale now with nations using large numbers of spam bots mixed with paid trolls and agents to form mobs online to push some form of agenda. Makes me think that there is more than two sides to this thing in the bigger picture, rather 3 sides(Interventionists, Isolationists, and Russia).
Since the cold war the republicans were governed a lot by neocon war interventionist types and the democrats had pretty big tent ideology run by new democrats/centrists. USA was pretty well known to be a big player on the global stage, with many wars of intervention and proxy wars being backed by the US. However Isolationism has been making a resurgence since the Iraq war, and has gained some big traction this election. Jill Stein, Bernie, and Trump all campaigned catering to the isolationists base and bots were found among all three pushing their propaganda while also pushing propaganda against them to sort of put them against each other to make one them stronger while also creating chaos and confusion. Also paid protesters and agents were found among pro-Trump supporters and anti-Trump protesters including ANTIFA to guide those groups towards fighting each other.
Meanwhile During Obama's presidency Russia has received sanctions for its role in 404 land, however Europe still seems rather dependent on Russian gas. However it's been looking to build new relationships with countries(Philippines, Iran, etc) while maintaining to hold old ones like Syria. Also since the US has had a long history of being the world police while being rather involved other peoples politics, and has numerous defense treaties and trade deals, leaves Russia with little room to expand.
While a lot of people in Trump's cabinet are tied to Russia, Putin only needs Trump and his pseudo isolationist/nationalist cronies to get the US off the world stage to make room for Russia.
