Well, that's also a PS2/Saturn/Wii game that I would describe as the "ultimate science fiction dungeon crawler" with the same kind of "soft" body horror.

Btw, there will be an anime adaptation/CG movie of Knights of Sidonia ( Blame ! author's most recent work) so I guess you 'll never live to see an anime adaptation of Blame! 8-)

I didn't watch Berserk for philosophical diatribe or social commentary, I watched it to see people get ripped apart in a bloody mess. ):

If I want the former I'll watch Zipang or GiTS.

Animation is really nice (of course, remind me of good ol FLCL), story is purposefully idiotic and it's rather special but still enjoyable.

But yeah, the chara design is... unforgetable:
