The hyper sensitivity of the stock market is amusing to watch.

Think you have what it takes to enlist into the military? You sure about that?

The currency will bounce back. There isn't really any long-term economic problem with this, it's just market speculation and political tantrums.

INDEPENDENCE DAY.

I can't describe how elated I am.

Walk me through how the currency will bounce back when the removal of the reserve status of the pound is now being discussed.

Also down 10,5

The projection by the rating agencies was long term loss of value of 15 to 20% and their threats of 2 ranks of rating being removed. So say hi to France.

Seems like the £ has leveled out at around an 11.5% drop at the moment.

And it's up to a 12.6% drop now.

Morgan stanley went with 20 at open. I think they might be trusted on that. I talked to the NN investors in Bulgaria. They said a lot of traders were taking the day off yesterday in Europe planning for a huge shift for this morning and today.

It's going to be rough

Oh Nigel, are you now aware that your position was full of shit :

Farage in @GMB: it was a mistake for Leave to claim there'd be £350m a week for NHS after #Brexit

The economy tanks and they back off on their promises...

This is just gold, well it would be if anyone was accepting pounds for gold at the moment.

It is probably blown out of proportions but Northern Ireland and Scotland want to stay in EU - is this the end of United Kingdom?
Maybe Eire will absorb the NI :P - they will stay in EU alright.

Oh the Polish foreign minister is talking about reshaping the EU. Given the state of Polish finances and the Polish dependce on remitances from migrant workers in the UK he can go get stuffed. No wonder the second biggest loser today in the currency market was Poland. And Poland receives 5 times more than it contributes and is running huge deficits. So walk away Poland. Try that 6-7% of GDP deficit a year...

Seriously why hasn't the current Polish government been thrown out of office already? Vote of no confidence anyone ?
