But yeah, this level of community engagement is rare, but not unheard of. And Wargame is the kind of game that really lends itself to it. It's high complexity leaves a lot of space of tinker about, be it on the gameplay or on the realism side, and attracts the efforts of people from both camps. Not to mention how it's best (if not only) in genre, and thus has almost the entire potential playerbase behind it.
And, of course, with the nation packs and continual balance patches, Eugen keeps clogging our veins with hope, and by god is it addicting.
