The wording of the russian military follows the american specific stereotype "this is the end and may God save us all".

Crazy religious dude on the street.

General ruined state of Moscow.

MVD troops with AK guarding the entrance.

Missiles flying in the background (copy paste from Terminator I believe).

In reality they would simply close the blast doors before the air attack signal.

It is a video, not the book which is in question. The fact described in book (missile attack) is not in question. In question are those small details, which make it tailor cut for the potential consumers of the biggest market - specifically american.
Also the time between impacts and the air alarm going off is about 3 minutes I believe.
