Glad you guys liked it.

If someone is making videos, here's one hint:

I've been struggling with laggy movements when trying to capture videos with high resolution/settings. Solution is simple: Put your replay speed to 0,25x and when editing it, speed it up to 4x. This way your capture program doesn't need to capture high fps. For 60fps video, you need only capture with 15fps. I didn't use this technique at that video and therefore resolution is not as good as I wanted it to be and also movements are a bit laggy. But next time when I got inspiration to do something, I will use higher resolution.

If someone else got some useful hints, it would be nice if you let us all know them.

There wouldn't happen to be any way of messing with the camera, would there? It'd be really nice to be able to get down to ground level, do slow panning zooms and that sort of thing for video purposes.

A back button would be awesome, but the ability to throw the game in reverse would separate out this replay viewer from every other replay viewer dating back to arcade games!

I don't know all the technical aspects of it but I would imagine making the game logic run in reverse would be rather troublesome. And a bit too much dev effort relative to the gains.

I don't expect it to ever happen in WEE, but having actual, rewind capable replays in WALB would be great. I understand the game save size would jump up massively (replay files now are tiny), but imho it is worth it, assuming it is not too much work for the dev team.

Rewinding wont happen. Jumping back 2min intervals of already viewed replayed like in Starcraft 2 might. Don't count on it though. Id just be happy with a button to reset the replay in the end score.
