what to do with stars once all is unlocked

Is there anything to do with them? I have all the units unlocked, but still have 250 stars to collect.

Maybe there will be additional units someday, but no, just keep on collecting them for the moment there is nothing else to do.

You can sell them on the black market. Or you can buy premium ammo for tanks with them. Ever seen t80u one shooting Challenger? Premium ammo.
