Thats what in the forum is called GLORIOUS (full caps). It was funny to read.
However you should improve readability, you can explain everything in the images or order the images so you dont have to open you windows.
In a more serious note, some suggestions are good. I will pick the good stuff:
Multiple loadouts: Of course would be a great addition but MadMat said no. However different preset loadouts are still an option.
Graphical improvements: Agreed, that's always good but not a priority IMO.
Infantry should be deadly in forests: I agree completly.
Sniper rifles for recon squads: Yes. Shock recon should have them, and SF recon also if the don't have something better like a CQB MAG.
MANPAD MISTRAL: YES, I think it's confirmed.
BRM-1K: We already have a lot of floating CV.
AT-4: I think it's a must for the late scandinavians and US.
APILAS: Late french infantry should have those, even if it stuns your own squad
Different SAS loadout: A later version without the craptastic MANPAD shoudl do the trick.
Mines: Never gonna happen.
Variety for the combat engineers: Only underbarrel grenade launchers are IMO a good option.
BM-30 Smerch: We need thermobaric, I agree.
M270 MLRS: Clusters would be IMO better. HE warhead MLRS are OOTF.
