Opus, I'm dissappointed. As we all know, China vs Japan is a touchy subject, and the way you worded your comment does sound very demeaning to China and a little like, "let's do it again!" Also, Nanjing was definitely not the only instance of japanese war crimes. Shanghai and Changjiao come to mind. Regardless of what you intended you should at least apologize for any confusion instead of flaming at someone trying to explain the situation.

But NATO never gave serious thought to being the invader. Its kinda silly to build an entire campaign around something as out there as a US and Soviet alliance fighing off the Norwegian invasion of Sweden.

And your primary tactic against everyone would be professional ignorance.

Also editing to take back accusations or embarrassing statements.

Some people just stay mad for the rest of their lives, over the smallest things y'know?

I mean look at you, still mad at me for losing previous debates. Tsk Tsk. There are things in life more worthy of being obsessed over and angry about than a pesky little forum debate, don't you think?

Get over it, seriously LOL

LOL for how many years? Only after meiji restoration in late 19th century they were industrializing, before that, they were pirates, samurai that only minded their business with their isolation policy. They starts to be 'kicking butt' by the invasion of korea in 1905 and beating the poor baltic fleet that have to sail half the world to get there....
then before, thousands of years was 'china' or whatever dynasty is fighting over it was ruling the whole region

so no, japan was only kicking butts for a few years , like 50 years the most (1890- 1945)...
