Taht is much harder to do. Because the vast majority of units are balanced. Just a few are too pwoerful and shadow the others.

Yes, but it's boring to just take everything that is good and make it boring and samey, so all decks are the same and lacking invention, creativity and anything different. "Oh, your infantry is more accurate than other special forces, here's a -20% nerf because we want everything to be the same"

Sorry Eugene I'm just not feeling it, last two patches have all been negative.

Well i have felt a vast improvment into making some nations and deck type smore playable.

Some peopel like to have OP units and call that flavor. But hat is very bad for the game

The announced changes seems great. A pity my game does not load anymore

Since this patch, I'm noticing that enemy AI set to Easy were magically seeing my helicopters that were sent way around the edge of the map at the start nowhere near any of their recon units and they did not have any aircraft up. They were sending dozens of ground units after my helicopter no matter where it went. If it matters, it was a Ka-50 Akula and they were sending M113A1s and tanks and Vulcan SPAAGs after it in groups. Very strange behavior.

Was something changed in this patch that gives the AI unlimited visibility of the map?

Surely not.

Stinger is the worst MANPADS, the SAS needed a hit because they were plane murderers. They sucked against everything else, including helicopters and infantry. Go home tiago, you're drunk.
