Will we have a replay centre like we had for ALB?
I know there is a beta replay website, but I am not looking for that.

The ALB replay centre is unofficial, it was made by the community. eugen had nothing to do with it.
When the guys that made it get around to it, they may buy a new URL for it for RD replays and update it some more.
They did an excellent job with ALB and I hope to see it get updated too, it is a valuable tool for the community.

Use http://alb-replays.info/rdbeta/ as a stopgap for now. Buck is a busy guy, but as far as I know, he fully intends to make a full featured site for RD like he did for ALB. If we ever have a PLF get together, I shall surely by him a beer
