Medium tanks now performing like they actually have target systems and the Heavy Tanks now having god like accuracy?

Or more range... ?

The Heavys?
Nah, Range Buff would be too much. If they hit to a rate of 90%++ would be already awesome and enough to take on the Buffed Medium tanks and shred every Light Tank Rush.

Depends, if you reduce the accuracy and AP, buffing the range 'd keep the low tier tanks at bay while still having the same efficiency against high tier tanks.

For Guided you need to stand still, Semi Active means you can fire on the move. By both you need Line of Sight.

Thanks for info

Where do you get MEXAS RHA value from?

I know I'm entering this info late, but the information is all according to this guy: http://puu.sh/9Y1co/d5f72b35ee.png

According to "Jane's articles", the turret is rated at 600mm, and the hull at 300mm, which by your formula gives it an armour average of 15.5, or 16.

As for ammo at the time:

DM-63: 450mmRHA at 2000m
M400: 520mmRHA at 2000m
C-127: 480mmRHA at 2000m

Canada was/is using the C-126/C-127 105mm as ammunition for their C2's
http://echo501.tripod.com/Military/105ammo.htm

Service dates cannot be found, but the C-126 is listed as a range of 2400 (Which I assume will make 2275 in Wargame),
AP is 480mmRHA at 2000m, which in Wargame is 16.5, or rounded to 17.

But that would put Strv 103C, by using the same sources, at AV 19-20 and AP 20-21. Quite a bit of change.

From you in your post.
60% more armor and 20% more pen would do something like that.

The stats were obtained however because 450mm /29 = 15.5 or 16, and 480 /29 = 16.5 or 17.

The STRV-103C has an armour average of 365mm /29 = 12.6 or 13, and I do not know what ammo it uses (Although I will assume dm-63) which is between 425-450mm AP, which is 14.6 or 15, to 15.5 or 16.

Ah, then I get it. So the C2 should have 275/29=9.5 AV
450mm pen with an L52, but the L62 has 1560m/s muzzle velocity rather instead of 1455m/s. So around 530mm pen at 2000m 530/29=18.3 AP.

9.5 rounds to 10, which is the C2's current front AV. Otherwise, no other comment.
