Those are really thermobaric bombs?

btw, if yes, it will be the same HE bomb animation?

From what i've figured, its not going to have a unique animation (not sure if engine supports it).
However, its probably going to be a 500kg bomb with a splash radius of a 1000kg one with napalm effect.
When i think about it, it sounds quite awesome. 4 of those on a carrier as fast and elusive as MiG-29? i smell 180+ price and 1 per card.
