Strange little bug/glitch on BvD Campaign

I was just messing around on BvD campaign i just start spamming ztz-69s and then just as i call more ztzs in my command gets destroyed thus i lose the sector and even though i have lost the sector the ztzs keep coming. As far as i am aware this isn't meant to happen. Is this a thing campaign related or is it a global issue?

That's not a bug. Units that were already bought will keep spawning from that zone. You just can't order more units, but units already ordered will arrive.
