MIM-104A was not optimized for ICBMs and was solely used for aircraft. The Patriot only started becoming used for ICBM with reduced AA effectiveness in PAC-1-onwards.

I would rather see no Patriot and Patriot replaced with something else than have it be a NEWA-truck copycat.

EUG could justify 10 HE for it with reduced range though. That might be interesting.

All of those should obliterate a plane on a miss.If the patriot gets 10 HE all of those other aa should get it too.

My 2cents: Just reduce its accuracy to 55% and call it a day. It's not like it had that current uberaccuracy IRL (during ODS it failed to destroy any of the few and obsolete scuds fired by saddam)
