It's rare to see people post actual sources here. Excellent post, ReDDQ.

thx, shame I got nothing on Tornado

Also shame some have such poor opinion about Su-22s but meh. Chance of getting speed increased is non-existent anyway.

Pushing it to 900 would hardly be amiss.

And F-5 also says hello.... All supersonic capable AC should have 900 km/h or 1000 km/h speed depending on their config.

I vote we give the Su-25 900km/h and the A-10 600km/h if they get a higher speed.

See the Starfighter with its pathetic speed at Wargame altitudes. Or the MiG-25 which couldn't break Mach 1 at sea level IRL.

So speed doesn't necessarily have to make sense in Wargame.

Lots of things having problems doesn't justify problems.

Personal solution would be to have speeds be a consistent percentage of the mean of the max speed at any altitude and at sea level, rounded to the nearest 50kph.

Both would be wrong they are fine as in current state.

I have to say most of people here has no clue about flight performance of AC, at all....

What would be the difference between these and the MiG-23BN should this proposal make it through?
