Though I would welcome a better loadout than clusters. Or just buff clusters.

Thats why the current MiG-29M loadout will be given to the added MiG-29S-13(new variant but not new model so it isn't against eugen's rules) and the tweaked MiG-29M will have 3 weapons:GSh-301,2xR-73,2xKAB-1500kr

MiG29M is good ASF because of 250 turn rate, so giving KABs to 29S would be better.

I had an idea awhile ago to move the Mig-29k over to air tab in either a guided bomber or SEAD roll. USSR lacks a guided bomber and a SEAD aircraft between the Su-24 and Mig-25.

It balances because USA would get their F-14 or F/A-18E back at the same time.

+1 For MiG29K, if naval Yak141 not into naval why K should be there? give it to USSR marines :)

I'm "OK" F-14 not in naval but only if it will go 1 per card, not 2. or give us 2 MiG31M per card then.

I wouldn't be too opposed to 2 per card Mig-31M for 2 F-14.

I don't think it's necessary though. Soviet already has better ASF and MRAAM multiroles compared to USA while also having 2x Mig-31, so it isn't like F-14 will be kicking them while they're down. Mig-31M has better ECM, is faster, has more missiles, and reloads faster than F-14 while costing less. Maybe just bump the R-37 up to 50% accuracy.

But F-14 has better accuracy and if its 2 you have big chance to actually kill something. And what's more, killing those things is awfully difficult if they behing AA net. So the only way to kill it - buy MiG31M. And thats why or 2 F-14 for 2 Mig31 or both 1 per card.

For Su-22 line Change loadout to Polish Su-22M4 to 2xKh-29Ts while add the Su-22M3 with the Kh-25 loadout. Put 4xKAB-500Kr LGBs on the Su-22M4 seria 30(it had the targeting equipment for them.source:airwar.ru)

For the MiG-29 Give the M variant 2xKAB-1500Kr LGBs+ 2xR-73 and add MiG-23S-13(soviet 9-13 ) current MiG-29M loadout

The second tweak would add IMO a tiny bit more variety to redfor LGBs without surpassing Blufor platforms.

KAB-1500 wasn't a standard loadout for mig29m.
Standard loadouts of mig29m are listed here http://www.airwar.ru/image/idop/fighter ... g29m-2.gif

Selecting from those standard loadouts I would prefer mig29m to have 4 x KAB 500 (0 m dispersion in game) + 4 x P77
We don't need to have mig29 cluster bomber at all since all cluster bombs in game are trash (USSR deck has mig25 cluster bomber either already)

It is su24m that should carry 3x KAB 1500 bombs in fact instead of being stupid carpet bomber

. A USSR cluster buff would be impossible since NSWP and USSR only use the RBK-500 with the same filler all around.

Mig-29 is only really rated for 500kg bombs. KAB-1500 has only been applied to Su-24, Flankers, and Tu-22.

That's a technicality. How hard would it be to give a nation an aircraft they already have the complete model for and exists in other nation's decks?

I'd like to see the MiG-29M become a light GBU dropper similar to the Harrier GR7 in exchange for losing its R-77s (USSR has enough MRAAM flingers already). The Harrier's loadout is very cool and I wish there were more planes like it.

29M has its job as multirole and i like it, see no reason it would need a change
Sure cluster isn't a 1000 fab, but to me it's more useful.than the 4 500 fabs of the 29S
