The IFV is one of the best, if not the best low cost AA for red mech currently.

This. I love the Strela bus. It has all the advantages of 25-30 pt AA piece (Strela-1M), a 10 pt AAA piece (ZPTU-2, which is actually pretty decent point blank), and can be taken in huge numbers at high vet.

Best Korea definitely needs buffs, but not by making its best unit even more OP.
Nationality? - Russian.
Occupation? - No, no, just visiting.

There should be variants with 9K38 and 9K32 launchers according to this website: http://www.tanks-encyclopedia.com/coldwar/North_Korea/VTT-323.php We only have 9M31.

They added the correct Strela-2M to the new tanks in the update and I wonder if the VTT-323 will be changed. If it does, I hope something else can be tweaked to Best Korea Strela-bus.

Easiest way and the most natural would be rerole the iglabus into an IFV as the direct "upgrade". It's not like the iglabus can hold a candle against the strela-10m in the SUP tab.

VTT iglabus would be neat. I also think the 323 is fine where it is, at 25 points per you can get enough for them to become a very credible threat.
