You know, I'd actually support this mindset if it weren't for the fact that specializations fail at this already. ALB's specializations were better IMO.

That way a line infantry squad would be roughly as effective as dedicated special forces, excluding weapons and assuming it survives long enough to actually rank up, with SF's/shock bonus being their weaponry and the ranks they're initially available as.

Armor Decks generally have access to the top tier IFV transports for their respective faction albeit less card slots.

Armor decks generally share Support, Helicopter, and Air Force selections

In vehicle support, the Mech Deck is superior due to vetting and wider array of selections. Infantry selections tend to be better for mech due to vetting and bonus card slots.

What makes Armor Better: Super Heavy Tanks supported by top tier IFV units. Current meta withstanding. A Mechanized deck is a inferior choice to Armor deck over all.

What could make Mech Decks viable? one of the following;
-Access to special units. 10s Artillery
- Access top tier Helicopter gunships
-open access to all non-prototype armor (M1A1HA for US/ T-80U for RU)
-Special Forces given access to tracked transports but not given the Armor flag so they can only be used in the Mech Deck.

Adding two or more of these would imbalance the Mech Deck.
