The same thing happens nearly every weekend - always on the 'preferred' side. Gameplay stats simply exacerbate the problem, and players do not balance even when the match starts at 10 Vs 8 or 9. And of course, when you join a lobby with 10 players or less, all those players are on the same side, leaving you with latecomers and casuals. Pubstomping is the norm, newbies quit minutes into the match. This is not helping anyone.

Never gonna happen now, game is dead, nothing will be added.
A mod with these features would be nice, or an option to have AI take over from human opponents. Or better AI/campaigns/tutorial modes, or all of these things. I would pay to have these features in this game or future installments, possibly a standalone upgrade with updated maps and units from 'legacy' versions. I'm a fan of strategy games, not only military. I'm not saying Wargame will be as popular as Civ or one of the grand strategies, but we can make it work better.
In 10 v 10, its easy. Go in, call everyone out on it being stacked 10 players 50%+ win ratio NATO/PACT, whichever it is, and ask if any decent players would like to switch. Usually there is one or two altruistic souls who will switch. If not, join another lobby and try again.
