Die Krone der Felszacken(GER) sounds bad. How about Felsspitze, Dornenkrone oder Zackenkrohne.

Not only that it sounds bad, it's also poorly translated, imho.

The actual translation means something like crown on top of rock.

It's most likely meant to be something like crown made of rock.

If so, your and many other translations are way more in the spirit of the english wording.

if someone tells you to Shhhhhh about it, just tell him to Shhhhhhh himselves.

#1 Autobahn nach Seoul
#2 Heartbreak Ridge
#3 Die Krone der Felszacken
#4 38. Breitengrad
#5 Hexenkessel
#6 Schlammschlacht
#7 Die Todeszelle
#8 Operation Chromit
#9 Schlacht vom Yuchalnok Pass
#10 Wracks und Felsen
#11 Die Grüne Meile

Pointing out a few typos:

#3: Not a typo but if it should be a reference to the WoW item it should be Die Krone der Klippen
#6: Why loose the exclamation mark in the translation? Should be Schlammschlacht!
#9: That one makes my eyes hurt! German grammar requires a hyphen there, this one must be Schlacht vom Yuchalnok-Pass
#11: Should be either Die Grünmeile (I really like that one, kind of contains a pun) or Die grüne Meile. Adjectives are not to be capitalized in German, ever.

They are in some cases. When it is a name of a brand, company etc.
E.g. "Das Rote Kreuz"

True, I'd still argue that in this case it shouldn't be.

captaincarnage wrote:I could be wrong as i don't know what sickness resides in FLX's brain :) but with Map #10 Wreaks and Rocks should perhaps be Wrecks and Rocks

Wreaks is a verb - ie to Wreak havoc
Wreck is a noun to describe something that is wrecked like a derelict ship or crashed car

Hope this helps :ugeek:

But "rock" may also be used as a verb ...

Still doesn't work even as a pun

I have to say, wreaks and rocks is a terrible name. It stinks, or dare I say it, it reeks.

The other names are fine.

I'm pretty sure "Wrecks and Rocks" is the idea FLX was going for. If "wreaks" is the actual intended word, then I don't know what to say other than that the rest of the world's brain doesn't work quite like his.
