BTR-90 is a great problem, because of its availability to infantry (mainly to Motostrelki) and 3 cards.
Has 3 cards and is available to most Soviet important infantry.
I suggest that we cut down the cards to two and restrict it as a transport to only Morskaya and all Spetsnaz infantry.
TOS-1 and BM-30 are really annoying things to deal with.
Buratino is sure a unicorn. There is nothing like it in the game. It can deny enemy pushes and it can easily wipe a town. There have been a lots of threads about this one. Some suggest making it napalm only, some suggest removing the napalm effect.
I would suggest two cards of the current Buratino by one avail (2 cards with one Buratino). I think that the current 2 per card is ridiculous.
Smerch is among the best cluster artilery along with ATACMS (which has only 1 avail per card).

This plane. For 95 you can get an easy kill on all of the heavy tanks. The combination of the gun and the missiles which have both the chance to hit because they are SA unlike those worthless F&F missiles on other jets (Su-22 3D, MiG-27K).
I suggest removing the AP effect of the gun and sticking to the HE only. Gatling AP anti-tank guns should be reserved to beefy jets like A-10 or the Su-25.

The MiG-25PD profits highly of the veterancy he is given. You get either 2 elite or 3 trained and be sure that most people (all people) choose the elite one.
