I'd assume no, wouldn't really be worth it.

Yes, but unlike the planes of ALB.... the naval aspect of the game just sucks ass. I wouldn't want them pouring more effort into "beating the dead horse".

The ship models also take forever to make compared to aircraft or tanks, etc..

Yup! Just get rid of naval, Eugen, and we'll all pretend none of this ever happened.

Naval was an (overly?) ambitious addition, but it has potential. I would rather have Eugen refine and improve naval gameplay in a hypothetical further addition, rather than just throw their hands in the air and say "Making video games is hard! We give up!"

It is inherently impossible to take one aspect that happens on a scale of hundreds of nautical miles, one that involves close quarter fighting, mash them together on one map and expect that to result in anything that isn't utter crap.

I like the idea of including naval battles and amphibious landings. Unfortunately it was poorly implemented and ships are little more than static defensive pieces. It would have been absolutely fantastic if they played a larger or more important role, and of course if the mechanics were there...
