The CM-11 Brave Tiger is actually a bit better than made out here:

- The fire control and stabiliser system came out of a M1A1. Accuracy and stability stats would be the same as the M1A1, with perhaps a range-boost

- They were due to be (and eventually were) fitted with ERA which greatly increased their survivability. See here for a picture of an ERA-equipped Brave Tiger. These would have armour equivalent with an M60 ERA.

- The first two prototypes came out in 1988, so possibly they could be back-dated to that date.

There's also the Type-64 light tank. It's an interesting combination of a Duster hull and a Hellcat turret. You cansee a picture here.

The ROC army has a number of different special forces units. The Sea Dragon Frogmen (AKA 101st Reconnaissance Battalion) are probably the most prominent

This entire game is problematic in China and likely wouldn't pass any official censorship if it had to go through it. People often point to the availability of Steam in China as evidence that it is officially legal there: this is not the case. As with many other things in China it is simply something that the government is not bothering to address for the moment, but when/if it does it will likely ban/restrict it severely.
