MCLOS missiles - slow
SACLOS missiles - medium
SALH missiles - fast AF

And @GARGEAN, the ADATS gets to fly fast because it doubles as an anti-aircraft missile, which are always fast in game.

Why?

Maybe the issue is only with the name ...
It is a F-15I, not an upgraded one. Initially, we had it called "Akef", but someone pointed that no plane variant bore that name, only an individual F-15. I think the F-15I is also called baz, but we needed a different name to set them appart.
Some IAF buffs suggested "Baz Meshupar", being the name of F-15 upgrades ... which suited us ... yet I didn't check that the name fitted the timeframe indeed.
So basically, it is a F-15I bearing an OOTF name.

All the Israeli F-15 A/B/C/D Eagle are called "Baz" (Falcon) which has been upgraded to "Baz Meshupar" (Improved Falcon). The Israeli F15I which is a modifided F15E Strike Eagle is called "Ra'am" (Thunder) indeed (as it is in the game).
