Maybe the issue is only with the name ...
It is a F-15I, not an upgraded one. Initially, we had it called "Akef", but someone pointed that no plane variant bore that name, only an individual F-15. I think the F-15I is also called baz, but we needed a different name to set them appart.
Some IAF buffs suggested "Baz Meshupar", being the name of F-15 upgrades ... which suited us ... yet I didn't check that the name fitted the timeframe indeed.
So basically, it is a F-15I bearing an OOTF name.
