And I personally found it to be unreliable in the case of Portugal, listing at least one (very likely) false acquisition, but most notably various omissions. Although I have to wonder if some of those weren't the result of deliberate nondisclosure...

Whenever someone decides to give them a unit list.

Well i made one a while ago. But some else should do it this time.

EDIT: If no takers then I guess I'll just revise mine then.

Nobody is randomly gonna sing praise to your country. You gotta do it yourself if you want it done ;)

I have details and specs of an Indian purchase of Yugoslav FCSs for their T-72s. 1000 kits. It didn't materialize due to the breakup, however the kits were manufactured and are collecting dust at the moment.
The SEAD never bothered me anyway.

SMB Yugoslavia Retexture Mod, now released, v.1.0

I would think so, as I don't think SIPRI would omit something if it were properly reported...

In some cases, it might simply be lack of information - not deliberate, that is.

But I've run into at least two dictatorship-era cases of illegal equipment purchases through shell companies: embargo-busting B-26 Invaders (how ironic the shadiest of aircraft would be acquired through the shadiest of means), and, amazingly, RPG-7s straight from the Soviet Union!

Don't forget that SIPRI only lists weapons sales, not local upgrades/production (unless licensed).

For example greek Mercedes Benz 462 aren't seen anywhere in SIPRI.

See now that's where you're wrong, people always make threads singing and praising my country demanding and begging for buffs. My country is United States.

And I'm 0% Indian. I'm just an American guy who thought India would be a decent add for pact.
