Pretty neato.

One problem I have is that Finland got their first delivery of Spikr MR in 2000, which I think is the latest out of any infantry weapon, only K1A1 and Mica IR are later.

That blows way past Javelin and Kornet in terms of date.

The very first Spikes arrived to Finland in 1994, a small batch of missiles and a couple of launchers for evaluation as the atgm replacement for konkurs/fagots. Due to the fall of USSR, Finland increased their order of hornets from 20 to 64, which froze pretty much every other procurement program at the time, including the atgm replacement program, which was then revived in ~1999 and the first large batch of Spikes ordered in 2000.

In a alternative timeline it can be argued that if the ussr doesn't fall, Finland would instead buy the intended amount of hornets they could afford, keeping the atgm procurement program on course and have the procurement funds still intact in 1994.
