Most M-60 variants will, but the command one if I recall correctly.

Yes, but unlike the finnish one it is not available in 1920 x 1080

If you look at the preview blogs, just like on the unit pics, you can click on the Finland opening picture and it will lead you to a Full HD version. This does not go for the Yugoslav one.
