Yugo and Finland are more broken than Israel, that's about the long and the short of it.

TLDR
If you want easy mode play the 2 red coalition DLC's.

I think Israel is more unicorn than the other two, but all three of them have different ways of doing so

Personally Finland is the least, the mig29, and their line infantry 90 which can be 15pts

One of the main unicorn features of Israel, ATGMs, gets entirely blocked out by the smart usage of smoke. Especially those 27AP ATGM vehicles.

Don't forget removing 185KTs from line infantry, fixing that Mi-8 gun ship and bringing the BMP-1 in line.

ATGM is still useful but no longer dominating the flat field.
Especially Israel has the fastest ground ATGM which makes them the least affected nation. Israel is still strong in ground with underpriced tanks, stupid zeldas, powerful airforce
The other main unicorn are the annoying maglans, the LGB kurnass should be 1 per card, merkeva ifv
oh yea, they have the best CV infantry, with those heavily armored apcs for cheap.

I dont think KT and BMP-1 nerf is necessary if their line infantry 90 are 15pts. Is finland strong suite, what else do they got?
the Mi-8 should be fix , same as their J-35 napalm bomber which still only drops half of its bombload

Mi 8 is a joke. Not just its guns, it is faster than other Mi 8s for no good reason.

Bmp-1s should all be either 10 or 15pts. The Finnish one being cheaper than the EGer one is stupid.

And Finland doesn't have the fastest ground ATGM?

Maglans and Merkavas are both in the wrong tabs. Maglans should be regular 10-man commands exchanged for Shayetet 13 and Merkava IIA and IIB should swap positions. Lots of problems solved, prices and availability can be adjusted to reflect their effectiveness in the new tabs.

Regarding Kurnass: One per card, two cards total would be acceptable. And since when are Israeli CVs a balancing problem? Sure, the Achzarit is a pretty solid command vehicle, but it trades a gun and some armor for cheaper price. Its rather that the other CVs (mainly IFVs, APCs, etc.) are quite a bit too expensive for what they offer. Honestly, who in their right mind would pay 140 for a BMP-2 command vehicle?

Edit: Almost forgot, when talking about broken CVs, Yugo (once again) takes the lead position. That M84A command tank...

KTs would still dominate early game with their ability to be spammed with Jääkari, even if those go up by 5 points. Reducing them to commandos and recon infantry would tone down the availability without actually nerfing them in stats or price. The infantry game also was/is the Eastern Block strong suite, and still their BMP-1s got nerfed simply because they were too effective. Same rule should be applied to Finnish BMP-1.

yea, Spikre MR , not LR. And they dont have the Spike NLOS or whatever they are called in vehicle tab or lahat. Fast atgm is still israel strong point. Finland has a weaker and limited version of it
The CV isn't a balancing problem, but a nice advantage.

Let Finland dominate the early game, they need some purpose if BMP-1 are nerfed in line and Jaak 90 are 15pts. Thats one of the big problem of RD and BD, they have no purpose.

I think eugen needs to think clearly which faction should be good/bad at in the battlefield... though that would limit creativity of deck making i suppose
