Especially Israel has the fastest ground ATGM which makes them the least affected nation.
And Finland doesn't have the fastest ground ATGM?

oh yea, they have the best CV infantry, with those heavily armored apcs for cheap.
Maglans and Merkavas are both in the wrong tabs. Maglans should be regular 10-man commands exchanged for Shayetet 13 and Merkava IIA and IIB should swap positions. Lots of problems solved, prices and availability can be adjusted to reflect their effectiveness in the new tabs.
Regarding Kurnass: One per card, two cards total would be acceptable. And since when are Israeli CVs a balancing problem? Sure, the Achzarit is a pretty solid command vehicle, but it trades a gun and some armor for cheaper price. Its rather that the other CVs (mainly IFVs, APCs, etc.) are quite a bit too expensive for what they offer. Honestly, who in their right mind would pay 140 for a BMP-2 command vehicle?
Edit: Almost forgot, when talking about broken CVs, Yugo (once again) takes the lead position. That M84A command tank...

KTs would still dominate early game with their ability to be spammed with Jääkari, even if those go up by 5 points. Reducing them to commandos and recon infantry would tone down the availability without actually nerfing them in stats or price. The infantry game also was/is the Eastern Block strong suite, and still their BMP-1s got nerfed simply because they were too effective. Same rule should be applied to Finnish BMP-1.
