What you guys are suggesting is way too obvious and probably profitable. Where are the innovations?

What i think could be ways to fail Wargame IV:
1. Noble Fulda 85 approach of wargame aristocrats.
Reduce it to some 200-300 units but with true balance™, IRL stats™, hard year cap
2. Modern Day
F&F for everyone and his mother. Also that powercreep.

F-22 would be far worse for the enemy. Not only could you fire before the enemy even SEES you... you could do it with missiles accurate enough to kill at least 1 if it's 2 F-22s against, say, 2 Su-27PUs. And then, if an F-22 or F-15C gets that close to a Sukhoi and the Sukhoi isn't already firing on the American, the American will win without a doubt. If the enemy is not focusing on air... an F-15C or two can kill two PUs easily on its own. An F-22... would be insanely OP, even at like 280 points or something crazy like that. F-14s are inaccurate. In my experience, all they can reliably kill, one plane against one other, is a low ECM plane or something like the L-39. Well, with the AIM-54s anyways.

I do not engage enemy aircraft unless I outnumber them 2 to 1 with Tomcats. The accuracy is too bad, and you're closing distance the entire time you're shooting. The two volleys from 2 aircraft necessary to reliably kill a single plane with decent ECM is suicide against an enemy with an equal number of fighters. Sure, you might stun and take down one of the Su-27s with AIM-9s... but all of your Tomcats will die.

Finnish MiG-29s keep me up at night. Either fix it, or make all BVR missiles ripplefire. Honestly, they realistically should be, unless a given radar can't handle it.

Considering that the RoCs best tank in time frame would be an upgraded M48, yeah, I'm going to go with pay to lose (not that every nation in the game has to be a viable stand alone).
