Very Hard AI Skirmish

Hi, I used to encounter an Soviet AI Deck during skirmish, the difference is this AI does not take/capture any base. It just came like a flood with every soviet inventories they got. They are so fast, I had no chances to defend myself.

The question is, I want to play with this AI again, but have no idea how to set that same AI to play with, most of the time I play Random with very hard difficulties at Wonsan Harbour.

Any idea ?
