Is it possible to tweak the search field in Ndf Editor, above the classes frame? Currently it seems to search the id number which doesn't seem useful.

But if it would search through class names... That would be really helpful, right?

P.S. disregard that. Seems like the search field jsut doesn't accept capitalized letters.

Has anyone tried adding an ECM value to helicopters yet?

That a Cobra is more difficult to hit than an Apache despite the latter having a greater countermeasure suite could finally be fixed!

ECM is inverted "Size".

Yeah, but apparently they're different values; HitRollSizeModifier and HitRollECMModifier, if they're not mutually exclusive you could have something with both a size and an ECM modifier which would be more appropiate for helicopters than straight size.

But then how do you display it in the armoury? You don't?

Better to have ECM values that can't be seen in game than none at all.

But I'd list all of the values in the thread if I released it as a mod.

Huh, is it ok that NDF_Win.dat shrinks from 12Mb to 3,5Mb if you edit something and save?

But then how do you display it in the armoury? You don't?

Yup. Just following the original design pattern.

Okay, so I tried to remove the Machine gun on the challenger and replace it with the Falcon's gun...

Some unexpected results but in a way, it worked....

Let's pretend my packing algorithm works more efficient than Eugen ones :P

The reason is, that I delete a ton of (IMHO) unnecessary "0" bytes.

Edit: Search bug with capitol letters is fixed - will be included in the next release.
